Exploring Earth Magic: Plant Spirits, Sacred Gardens & Everyday Rituals with Stephanie Schafer
This week, Heather sits down with Earth Magic maven Stephanie Schafer for a grounded and magical conversation on earth wisdom, plant spirits, and practical, everyday ritual. With roots in folklore and and a deep connection to the natural world, Stephanie shares how we can connect more intimately with the plants, trees, herbs, flowers and cycles that surround us.
From the sacred power of the garden to the symbolic lessons of folklore and the healing presence of the earth itself, Stephanie invites us to experience spirituality in ways that are tangible, embodied, and accessible. This episode is a reminder that magic doesn’t have to be abstract and ethereal, it’s living and breathing all around us (and inside of us), waiting to be discovered.
